Easy & Hassle Free Returns
We understand that finding the perfect magnet for your application often requires some trial and error. If the magnets you've purchased don't work for any reason, you may return them within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost.
Gift cards are not eligible for return. Custom orders are also not eligible for return unless the products do not meet the original specifications. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that neodymium magnets are prone to breaking due to mishandling. We will not accept returns on magnets that have been damaged due to improper handling, or that show signs of wear. Items must also be returned in new and sellable condition.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us and we will replace the broken item(s).
